Gayle Thomas Dethloff is a Certified Public Accountant who holds a license in Alabama, Mississippi, and Tennessee. He is a member of the Better Business Bureau (BBB), American Institute of Certified Public Accountant's, Tennessee Society of CPA's, Mississippi Society of CPA's, & the Memphis Chamber of Commerce.
He holds a Bachelors of Science in Accounting from the Univesity of South Alabama (1980) and Masters of Business Administration from the University of Southern Mississippi (2000).

He began his career in 1980 with the International Accounting Firm, Peat, Marwick, Mitchell. He has worked in the transportation industry as a Chief Financial Officer and has also worked with smaller accounting firms.
